Performance characteristics: colorless acicular hexagonal crystal system. Soluble in water, insoluble in organic solvents; Relative density: 1.62 (20 ℃): melting point: 73.3-76.7 ℃ (decomposition): it is weathered in dry air and loses twelve crystalline water at 100 ℃ to form anhydrous matter (Na3PO4). The aqueous solution is alkaline and has a certain corrosive effect on the skin.

Uses: used as water softener in metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, printing and dyeing, papermaking, electromechanical and other industries: boiler tube cleaning agent and detergent, metal antirust agent, desiccant of dye intermediates, purification agent of sugar juice. Photographic developer, fabric mercerization enhancer, rubber milk coagulant, dental bonding agent; It also plays a certain role in pharmaceutical preparations.
